Drunk Kanpur police ASI leaves Uttar Pradesh police red-face again. After drinking this policeman forgot his house address. Many times he falls down on road. In broad daylight, a cop of Uttar Pradesh police allegedly under the influence of alcohol fell into mud alongside a road in Kanpur city. Wearing his uniform, the policeman named Ram Kishore Singh was seen strolling on the road when the incident happened.
